Full Management

We will advise you on all new legislation and ensure you comply before it comes into force. We advertise your property, accompany viewings with prospective tenants, conduct references, prepare tenancy documentation, compile an inventory and condition report, move in the tenants personally, read all meters and notify all utilities and council tax, we liaise with tenants at regular intervals during the tenancy. We make routine visits to the property during the tenancy, to ensure your property in being taken care off.

We Let - You Manage

 Landlords choosing the We Let - You Manage option will receive the same service as the Full Management option up until the tenant are in the property, then the landlord themselves collect rent, manage the property and liaise with the tenant on any issues arising, including those relating to Deposit returns and check out.

Advertising Service

For Landlords who choose our Advertising option, we will advertise your property and notify you of all interested parties.

 Overseas Landlords

Are you going to live abroad for 6 months or more?

You can apply for an exemption, which we strongly recommend you do before you go. Otherwise agents must deduct tax from your rental income.
